Jo Britton

Jo Britton, BA (Hons), MBA, Dip Personal Performance Coaching, DISC Practitioner

Jo is founder and director of PACE Development Ltd.


She has 25 years’ experience gained in the professional services, training, membership and manufacturing sectors where she has built, led, coached and mentored many successful sales, marketing and training teams in some amazing businesses both large and small.


She has led strategic brand and digital marketing transformation programmes, managed continuous change and has designed and delivered numerous high-profile business events and training programmes spanning everything from manufacturing to management, coaching and mentoring, marketing and leadership development.


She has an MBA and a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching with Distinction. She is also a DISC Practitioner and Colour Me Beautiful trained Personal Stylist and image consultant.


Jo loves her cheeky and joyful Labrador, likes to Zumba and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and aspirations with confidence.


Matt Britton

Matt is an award winning Theatre Director, Writer, professional actor and trainer. His 1996 debut credit ‘Lightweights’ was awarded the Coventry Motor centenary award for drama, leading to directing work across the UK, Germany and Italy.


As part of Geese Theatre Company, he worked extensively within the criminal justice sector writing, directing and performing training workshops and theatre projects nationwide.


For 15 years he was the Artistic Director for ‘In Yer Face’ Theatre Company where he designed, directed and performed hundreds of training workshops and theatre projects using drama and performance as a unique way to create awareness, develop knowledge, practical skills and effect behavioural change on various topics and issues, working with audiences and delegates in public and private sector organisations, hard to reach communities, schools and vulnerable people.


He has also written, directed and produced award winning drama including ‘All is Calm’ for the Imperial War Museum WW1 Centenary’s national tour. He authored ‘In Bloom’ produced by the Bolton Octagon winning a BBC short play prize.


Following numerous tours and community theatre projects, he wrote and directed ‘Blameless’ a series of shorts for Sky TV. He is also the author of two published drama books: Geese Theatre Handbook (Waterside Press) and Point Blank (Scripture Union).


Natasha Davies

Natasha is a personal stylist, image and colour consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the fashion industry.


Following a career in retail management and personal styling with John Lewis, she now runs a successful business which combines image, colour and styling consulting, workshops and training to help people in corporate organisations and their personal lives to transform how they and others see them.


She has a unique approach which combines her creativity, passion for fashion and style with getting to know you, your personality and your circumstances so as to bring out the best in you.


Natasha also advises and trains for Colour Me Beautiful, has a degree in knitwear, designs jewellery and is a busy mum to two fabulous boys


Alana is our amazing assistant who brilliantly takes care of us and our clients at PACE Development. When she’s not organising us to an inch of our lives she’s helping us manage our social media accounts.
